Direct room bookings

Full payment is taken when you book. You may cancel free of charge until 48 hours before check-in. Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in and no-shows are non-refundable. To cancel, email info@saebygaard.com. Eligible cancellations are refunded manually to the original payment method.

Full payment is required through the original online checkout. Your room booking is confirmed after successful payment.

Whole House

The terms that apply to a specific stay must be clear before a booking is accepted. When the direct payment workflow is fully activated, the approved payment schedule and cancellation deadlines will be shown with the booking before commitment.

Bookings made through Airbnb, Booking.com or another platform follow the terms shown and accepted on that platform.
